Oh, I have a place that can do framing and matting for me liao.
Cost is quite cheap and quality is good. I just have to figure out
how much to charge. I forsee my target market being women who just
want some nice pics to mount on their walls, and mostly from
overseas.
Singaporeans are pretty cheapskate so I'm not really looking at the
local market >.<
I will only offer 2 sizes 4 by 6 (4R) and 8 by 12 (S8R) because
they are small and light and easy to handle(cheaper to pack and
ship). Maybe 12 by 18, if I feel up to it.
Large prints are a whole different business, which i do not want to
mess with for now.
There will be minimal overhead and stocking costs because I will
only get prints done when I receive an order.
